We are sorry if you are cancelling your order with Shilpa Silk Palace. Here are our cancellation policies to help make sure we meet your expectations.
Cancellation, Return, Refund and Replacement
We do not entertain Cancellation, Return, Refund and Replacement in any circumstances.
If you still wish to cancel an order, please ensure cancelling it within two (2) hours of placing the order. Refund will be initiated within 2 days and amount will be reflected in customer's bank within 7 to 14 days.
